headache

today am having a headache from preparing my bag... am not really the person who can prepare the right travel bag i may prepare 100 kg for a 3 days trip and say i didn't put enough clothes so am desperate and dunno what to do i can't even lift the bag i prepared and i think i will have to work on that for the rest of the day :(
